This is a beautiful 100% new barrel fermented chardonnay with a luscious fruity nose of pineapple, banana, apple and oak.

This is one of the newest plantings in the vineyard.  The grapes were harvested with lower sugars to keep the alcohols down and preserve the freshness of the fruit.  The fruit was whole cluster pressed, and the wine was allowed to ferment very slowly.  It was the allowed to set and clarify without any fining treatment to aid.  The wine was then bottled unfiltered.
