|
This is
our
first
release
of many
to come.
To best
describe
the Nouveau
is
bright
fresh
and fruit-driven.
This is
a
beautiful
entry
red is a
great
party
pleaser with
pie
cherry
richness
balanced
by notes
of
orange
and a
touch of
citrus,
made
from
100%
Pinot
Noir
grapes. |

A
festive
wine
for the
gathering
of
friends.
In 2005,
Bret had
established
vines
with a
moderately
sized crop to
work
with
from the
start,
so the
task
was to
let the
wine
make
itself.
During
crush
the
juice
was
given an
opportunity
to cold
soak on
the
skins.
The
bright
fruit
was
revealed
and the
fresh
crispness
was
maintained
in the
finished
product.
This
wine was
tank
fermented
and
never
went
into oak
keeping
the
fruit
intact.
Serve
chilled
like
white
wine. |
