The Stoney Mesa Riesling is very much a New World Riesling.  It is lightly sweet and loaded with fruit.

Bret does everything in his power, to gently process the fruit, emphasizing on low impact winemaking techniques.  the fruit is gently de-stemmed and then slowly pressed for optimal fruit structure and low bitterness extraction.  It is then cold fermented to achieve outstanding mouth feel and varietal characteristics.
